HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary based on your location. We offer free delivery for every order shipped to France, and free shipping for international orders over 800€.

If you are an international customer and your order is under 800€, your shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. If you need an express shipment, please send us an email to contact@dianeparis.com with your order information so we can arrange it for you.

We ship worldwide ! However please note that international shipments will arrive 2-3 days later than normal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. Customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs, and proceed to your refund immediately.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

DIANE Paris is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

I ORDERED A MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKES ?

Made-to-order items are made just for you in our Parisian workshop, with a manufacturing lead time of 21 working days. We ship your item as soon as it is ready, so you can expect approximately one month between the day of your order and the day you receive your parcel.

Bespoke orders can take longer depending on the project, so DIANE Paris will give you a approximative sending date once your project is validated.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHOD?

Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

However if you wish to have your parcel send by a specific courier, please send us a email upon placing your order to contact@dianeparis.com with your name and order number.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your product is not to your liking, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the items ordered to return or exchange your order.

To return the product, you simply have to send an email to the following address: contact@dianeparis.com

The email should contain the following:

Title: “Return product”

Order number

Client name

Delivery address

Email address

DIANE Paris will send you an email to acknowledge your wish to return/exchange your order, and will proceed to the refund/exchange as soon as the products are received by DIANE Paris. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. DIANE Paris boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all DIANE Paris and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Made-to-order items can be returned if in standard sizes. Custom-made or bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.
